What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation, Subscription Pause, and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation Request Timeline: Customers must request cancellations or subscription pauses at least 2 business days before their scheduled billing date. This ensures we have adequate time to process the cancellation request before the next billing cycle.
- No Refund Policy: Due to the substantial costs required to maintain the RankIQ toolset, we regret that we cannot offer refunds. Our pricing and billing structure reflect the significant investment in resources and technology to provide this service to our customers.
- Cancellation Processing Hours: Please be aware that cancellations are processed only during our customer service hours: 9 AM to 4 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon processing your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email. This email serves as your proof of cancellation. Please keep it for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out because your cancellation may not have been submitted.
- Responsibility of the Customer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request is made in a timely manner according to the policy stated above. The customer is responsible for canceling their subscription, even if they no longer use the service.
- Billing After Cancellation: If you are billed after your cancellation request due to not meeting the required notice period, this charge will be considered valid, and a refund will not be issued.
- Payment Disputes: Payment disputes filed in violation of this policy will result in the termination of your RankIQ account and RankIQ services. RankIQ reserves the right to provide issuing banks and credit card companies with this agreement and any relevant communication records to contest unjustified chargebacks.
To cancel your RankIQ subscription:
1. Click the hamburger button (the three-lined icon in the top left corner)
2. Click on Cancel Account
3. Follow the steps provided
