My account is on pause. How can I access the reports I’ve already run?

When the account is on pause, there is no access. There are substantial costs involved in running and maintaining the RankIQ platform, and the Content Optimizer is not independent of the other toolset features.

If you are planning to pause your account, please feel free to download any reports or drafts before pausing so you can use your reports outside of the Content Optimizer. See image below.

Your reports will download as a .csv file, which can be opened in Excel or uploaded to Google Sheets. This .csv version of the report contains the same data as the web version.
