I’m unable to sign in to my account. What do I do?

1. Are you using the correct email address to sign in? (If not, please do.)
2. Are you seeing "Bad credentials"? (If so, your user login email or password is incorrect. If your user login email is correct, please change your password using the link on the Sign In screen. If it is your login email that is incorrect, then stop and please contact me at natalie@rankiq.co. Please do not attempt to change your login email.)
3. Are you on mobile or Safari? (If so, please switch to a PC/Mac and use the Chrome browser.)
4. Are you logged into RankIQ on a second device? (If so, please log out of any other devices. Your RankIQ operates properly only when open on one device at a time.)
