I’m a RankIQ affiliate, and I have not received credit for a new user I referred.

Usually when this happens it is because the new user did not sign up through your affiliate link. When you refer a user to RankIQ, they must use your referral link in order for you to receive credit. If your referral link was used and you haven’t received credit, please send us the log-in email address of the new user, and the name of the user, so we can research this for you.
