My Content Optimizer won’t accept my text. I’m trying to copy and paste my draft, but it won’t work.

If you have pasted your text into the Content Optimizer, and the grade and word count are not updating, then please hit the space bar or another key (with your cursor inside the text box) to “wake up” the Content Optimizer.
