Can I share an account with my Writer / VA / friend?

Yes, but you will need to be careful because if more than one device is logged in at the same time, it will likely cause account problems (that we cannot fix). So if you do this, make sure to work it out so that there is only one device logged in at one time.

Here are some alternatives:

Option 1: We created the ability to download the entire report, so you can send downloaded reports to someone who is helping you. See the screenshot below to see the "Download Report" button.

Option 2: You could also sign up for an additional account at the $29 level (you have to sign up at the default of the Standard Plan at $49 and then request the downgrade right away, and we will downgrade the account). That Lite Plan account could be for the people who help you. It comes with 8 reports, so they could run the reports that they are working on from that account. That way, they do not have access to your full account and the other keywords you are saving and reports you are running. However, note that anyone who has access to the account will have access to the visible payment information (credit card type, last 4 digits, and expiration date).
