How do I do a "hard reset" or a "hard refresh"?

If you are having trouble with your RankIQ account, try a "hard reset" or a "hard refresh" using these instructions:


1. Log into your RankIQ account.

2. Click your cursor on the RankIQ screen.

3. Then, depending if you are on Windows or a Mac, do the below:


Windows: Hold down the Ctrl key and click the Reload button or ctrl+shift+r

Mac: cmd+shift+r


4. After you do this, you might receive an error screen, so then, please type rankiq.app into your browser and sign in again.


If this does not work, please close your browsers, and then open a Google Chrome browser in Incognito (private mode). If you no longer have problems, this means the issue is localized to your computer, such as a plugin that is causing a conflict or perhaps your wifi (like if you are behind a security wall such as they have in airports on airport wifi).
