Help! I am getting a "Bad Credentials" error when I try to sign in.
If the log in screen is giving a "bad credentials" error, then your user login email or your password is incorrect.
If you have just signed up, it is possible that there was a typo in your email when you signed up. But if your login email is correct, then the problem is your password. So please change your password using the link on the Sign In screen.
If you have changed your password using the link on the Sign In screen, and you are still getting "bad credentials" then it likely is your email. So please contact me at natalie@rankiq.co and I will help you.
