How do I use RankIQ to create an outline?
Within the SEO Report, it's possible to create an outline to use to create your blog post. This information is also explained in the RankIQ tutorial, starting at 34:31 as of August 2023.
The Themes, etc. are there for you to create your outline. So you decide what to tag.
You are going to want to actually use the words in your post, where it naturally makes the most sense. It might be in the text, or it might be a header. That will depend on your post.
Here are some quick definitions:
*Theme: the ones you want to include in your outline
*Variation: variations of the words you already tagged as a Theme
*LSI: conceptually related terms that Google uses to deeply understand content on a webpage
Also, the words above that keyword list (such as "#balloon (19)") help you identify the topics you will need to cover deeper and broader. You can use the "By KW Tag" button to reorganize the keywords after you tag them, and then download your outline by clicking the blue button ("Download Tagged Topics for Your Outline").
The goal is to organize the list of words into one theme to be used for your post outline. Brandon circled the blue words because those are for ideas for looking at topics to dive deeper into. In the french toast recipe example, you would not choose french, or toast, or recipe, because that's already the topic. So as a food blogger, they can look at the blue words and think about getting into more detail about what kind of bread, milk and butter to use.
After you tag your Themes, Variations and LSI, there is a blue button below that says "Download Tagged Topics for Your Outline" which creates your outline.
